Every product we create is made with love, care, and attention to detail.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. They help us keep things clear, fair, and transparent for both of us.

General Use

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when placing orders

  • You understand that most products are made-to-order

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Product Customization & Customer Responsibility

All customized products are created strictly based on the details shared by the customer (names, spellings, photos, preferences, etc.).

The Piyu Store is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect spellings or details submitted by the customer

  • Low-quality images provided

  • Incomplete or unclear instructions

Once a design proof is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.
Please review all proofs carefully before giving final approval.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment must be completed before processing begins

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order and will notify you promptly.

Order Acceptance, Cancellations & Refunds

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Since most products are customized and made especially for you:

  • Cancellations and refunds are not possible once the order is confirmed

  • Exceptions may apply only under special circumstances approved by The Piyu Store

Shipping, Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timelines shared at the time of ordering

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

  • The Piyu Store is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping charges  are calculated at checkout.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items:

  • A clear unboxing video from the base packaging is mandatory

  • The video must be shared within 5 days of delivery

Without proper evidence, we will not be able to process replacements or refunds.

In case a refund is approved instead of a remake, it will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Digital Products & Downloads

For digital artwork and files:

  • You may request up to 3 revisions before final approval

  • Once approved, files will be delivered in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format only

  • No refunds or cancellations are possible once the final file has been sent

Product Variations

Since our products are handmade and customized:

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, or appearance may occur

  • Product images are for reference only and may slightly differ from the final product

These variations are not considered defects.

Privacy & Data Use

We collect only the information required to process your order and communicate with you.

Your data is used solely for:

  • Order fulfillment

  • Customer support

  • Legal and accounting compliance

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including:

  • Designs

  • Illustrations

  • Text

  • Images

  • Branding

is the exclusive property of The Piyu Store and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or resold without written permission.

Use of Customer Content

By submitting photos or content for customization, you confirm that:

  • You have the rights to share them

  • They do not violate any third-party rights

You grant The Piyu Store permission to use this content solely for fulfilling your order and promotional purposes (unless requested otherwise).

Limitation of Liability

The Piyu Store shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Misuse of products after delivery

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

We strive for accuracy, but errors in:

  • Pricing

  • Descriptions

  • Availability

may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and will notify customers if their order is affected.
