At Piyu Store, every order is crafted with love and attention to detail.
Since most of our products are customized and made especially for you,we request you to
read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order.
Customized & Personalized Products
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not possible as your product is specially created for you.
- Please review all design proofs, spellings, and details carefully before giving your final approval. Once approved, we cannot make changes.
- If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items, you must share a clear unboxing video from the base packaging within 5 days of delivery. Only then can we assess and offer a replacement or remake.
- In case a refund is approved (instead of a remake), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Digital Downloads
- Before sending your file, we will share the artwork for approval. You can request up to 3 revisions at this stage.
- Once the artwork is approved, the final file will be delivered via email in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats only.
- No refunds or cancellations are possible once the final file has been sent.
Courier Delays
We strive to ship your orders on time, but please note that courier delays are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
