Shipping, Processing & Delivery
At The Piyu Store, every product is handcrafted and personalized with care. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and customization involved.
Orders are processed within the timelines shared at the time of placing the order.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location.
We ship all orders through Shiprocket and its logistics partners.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or regional restrictions.
The Piyu Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Any additional charges such as remote area delivery fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid to be processed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
In case of reshipping due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your orders, but in rare cases, issues may occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or with missing items:
A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must start from the sealed outer packaging and clearly show the issue.
The video must be shared within 5 days of delivery.
Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to process any replacement or refund requests.
Resolution Process
After verification, we may offer a replacement (remake) or refund, depending on the situation.
If a refund is approved instead of a remake, it will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Additional Notes
As all products are custom-made, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
In case of multiple delivery attempts failure, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will be applicable.
